I cover the Inverclyde area, but if you live further afield, I might be able to come to you. Just keep in mind that I do charge travel costs. Anything over 20 miles from Greenock, Inverclyde, will be charged at 45p per mile. If you live further than 100 miles away from Greenock, additional costs may apply, but these will all be discussed on a case by case basis. So say you live at the other side of the country, or even abroad, I still might be able to photograph your dog!

Well, we live in the west of Scotland, so it is bound to rain! That is why, when you book your photography session, we book 2 dates: your session date, and a back up date in case it rains.

Of course! I promise you that I successfully photograph untrained dogs all the time. Here's a secret: Most of the dogs you see on my website were wearing leashes during our session. After some Photoshop magic, you wouldn't be able to tell that there ever was a leash in the first place. I have also photographed dogs in secure dog fields, for extra peace of mind. If your pup has any special needs, or fears, please let me know. I have photographed lots of fearful dogs (including my own boy). Together we can create the images you have always dreamt of!

Not at all! Some of my favourite portraits are of dogs standing up. And rest assured, I have lots of unique sounds and tasty treats to grab their attention. Even if it's just for that split second while I capture each image.

Well, there are some limits to Photoshop, sadly... Super-bulky harnesses hide so much of the dog's chest that it is very challenging to accurately rebuild those pixels in post-production. The same goes for gentle leaders. If your dog normally wears a harness or a gentle leader for walks, I recommend using it while walking to our location, but also bringing a flat collar to use for the actual shoot.

I completely understand, the world can be a scary place for all of us sometimes. If your dog is nervous or reactive, we can go to a secure private dog field (additional charges will apply), or we can go to a more remote location where there is minimal chances of encountering other people/animals. I have a few out-of-the-way locations that receive very little dog or foot traffic. Whatever your requirements, we will be able to find something that suits you and your dog perfectly.

Of course! The photoshoot experience is tailored to 2 dogs per session, however, if your household includes more than 2 dogs, you can add your other dogs at an additional fee of £20 per dog (same household only).

Of course! I love documenting the wonderful connection between you and your dog. Don't worry if you hate posing, or if you are camera shy, I can still create some lovely, creative images that tell the story of your relationship with your dog.

Everyone who lives in your household is welcome to participate in our session. In the interest of minimizing distractions, however, I do ask that only those who will be in the photos come along. If you're interested in holding a session with your dog's best buddy, or your extended family, I'd be happy to put together a custom quote.

Yes, if you decide to order artwork outside of your chosen package (Gold, Silver or Bronze) it is possible to pay in instalments. Any artwork will be delivered after all instalments have been paid. Session fees (the Gold, Silver or Bronze packages) do have to be paid in full, before the photoshoot can take place. For more info, please feel free to reach out to me.
