Goodness me! How could I forget to write a blog post about my book?!
Guess I have been too focussed on keeping my email list subscribers up to date on all the goings-on, but forgot to update the blog! Apologies :)
That being said... The book is OUT! Yasssss!
Hereby I proudly present: Podencos In Scotland.
This book has been a labour of love and a passion project. I'm so pleased with how it turned out.
It's a beautiful hardcover book with 167 colour pages. It contains the stories of over 40 happily adopted dogs, a chapter on Spain, a chapter on UK based rescues and an epic foreword by Travis Patenaude.
You can order it online, and best thing of all? All the profit gets donated to the 4 rescue organisations that are mentioned in the book.
So if you buy a copy, not only do you get a gorgeous coffee table book, you also support an amazing cause, helping us to save, rescue and adopt more dogs!
So far, we have raised over £1000 for the dogs, but that was just the first donation of (hopefully) many more to come. That's because the book will serve as an ongoing fundraising thing, and as long as the book gets sold, donations will be made.
